HR & GA Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BS Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in HR or General Affairs (GA).
• 10+ years of experience handling both HR and GA functions is highly preferred.
• At least Assistant Manager-level management experience, including supervising staff and managing team performance.
• Experience working in a company with 30+ employees.
• Good knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Experience Requirements:

• Stable employment history with no frequent job changes.
• Experience in manufacturing or Japanese companies is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies such as DENR, BOC, or other government offices is a plus.
• Experience in HR systems, organizational development, or employee engagement is preferred.
• Knowledge of GA operations such as facilities, supplies, documentation, compliance, and risk management.
