HR & GA Manager (Industrial Relations & Facilities)

Requirements:

• Min. S1 in Law
• Assistant Manager or Manager level
• Minimum 5 years HR & GA experience in manufacturing companies
• Leadership experience managing HR, GA, and support teams
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law & Industrial Relations
• Good analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in labor union negotiations and PKB discussions
• Experienced in employee relations, disciplinary cases, and HR compliance
• Experienced in training & recruitment processes, organizational development, permit & licenses, and health & safety (P2K3)
• Proficient in spoken and written English

Responsibility

• Manage HR & GA operations
• Lead industrial relations and labor union negotiations
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Oversee recruitment, training, and HR development activities
• Control and monitor facility operations, building maintenance, utilities, and contractors

Preferred: Experience in Japanese manufacturing companies.
