Position: HR & Halal Executive

Working Location: Bandar Seri Alam, Masai

Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)/ Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm)

JOB SCOPE:

* Support GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety training and awareness activities.

* Manage and maintain Halal documentation and records in accordance with applicable Malaysian Halal requirements.

* Maintain up-to-date Halal files, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), raw material certificates, and audit reports.

* Support Halal certification, renewal, internal audits, external audits, and inspections.

* Handle standard HR administrative tasks, including payroll, attendance monitoring, and employee welfare management.

* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

* Perform any other duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Halal, Food Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related fields.

* Good knowledge and understanding of JAKIM halal requirements, Halal Assurance System (HAS), and halal certification processes.

* Candidates with recruitment experience are preferred

* Female malay candidates are preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
