HR & Internal Communications Intern

该职位来源于猎聘 What You'll Be Doing -Dive into HR data — collect, organize, and analyze insights that help us make smarter people decisions. -Turn data into action by contributing to HR efficiency & digitalization projects. -Be part of the hiring journey: schedule interviews, set up assessments, and keep the process smooth. -Work closely with teams across functions to help drive HR projects forward. -Get creative with internal communication content — from visuals to basic video editing. -Help run on‑site HR operations: employee profiles, onboarding/offboarding, intern program coordination, training sessions, learning events and and employee activities at the location. What We're Looking For -You're comfortable with data and love making sense of numbers, familiar with Power BI or other data‑viz tools will be a plus. -A clear communicator who enjoys connecting with people. -Able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. -Strong English skills — both written and spoken.
