What they need
Gender: Male
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR / IR / Contract Labour Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary and IR matters.
- Manage contract labour, manpower deployment, attendance and absenteeism.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal departments on manpower requirements.
- Ensure labour compliance, statutory records and audit requirements.
- Handle worker complaints, disputes and labour-related escalations.
- Prepare manpower, absenteeism, attrition and IR MIS reports.
- Monitor workplace discipline and contractor performance.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of HR, IR and contract labour management.
- Excellent MS Excel and PPT skills.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
