What they need
Managing Contract Labour
Liasoning with Government Departments in adherence to statutory requirements
Attendance management of plant and sending monthly reports of the same to Head Office for payroll processing
Checking and verifying monthly bills of different contractors, as per the attendance and contract terms.
Ensure safety programs are in place to minimize injuries and worker’s compensation costs
Take care of Welfare activities
Should have sound knowledge on Labour Laws
Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
Superior organizational and time management skills
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English & Telugu
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
