HR & Labour Relations Executive – Blue-Collar Workforce

Job Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration for blue-collar employees across joinery, factory, fit-out and marble operations.
• Manage attendance, leave and employee records through AI Time and other HR systems.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary deductions, overtime and payslip generation.
• Manage C3 cards, passports, visa/labour documentation and employee files.
• Handle employee queries and concerns related to salary, attendance, leave and workplace matters.
• Coordinate and resolve labour accommodation and welfare concerns.
• Support employee joining, transfers, resignations and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and management on manpower requirements and employee issues.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular manpower/attendance reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE HR experience, preferably with blue-collar/factory/fit-out/construction workforce.
• Good knowledge of HR administration, attendance, payroll coordination and employee relations.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI Time/biometric systems is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
