Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative document management, HR and Operation work
• Client docking, financial bill follow-up
• Organize various company activities, assist in the construction of company culture
• Recruit and select corresponding talents suitable for each position according to the company's business and project needs, (maintain the existing jobsites; expand recruitment channels; resume review; interview invitation and interview, etc.)
• Assist in hiring process, on boarding process and resignation process, etc.
• Maintain good communication with employees, and create a good working and learning atmosphere for the company by organize orientation and training activities
• Handle other office work assigned by the GM

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, human resources related majors are preferred
• At least one year of working experience in HR related positions, advertising and consulting industry experience is preferred
• Good communication, management and collaboration skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated to the job
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Thai and English or Chinese is preferred
