Responsibilities

• Support customer invoice processing, including invoice creation, printing, preparation of supporting documents, coordination with drivers for document delivery, and submission of invoices through customer systems.

• Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation coordination, and roaming service requests.

• Support HR activities, including recruitment and onboarding processes, training coordination, employee engagement activities (both internal and external), and HR document management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in Administration, Logistics Support, Customer Service, or a related function. Relevant experience will be an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken, will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP systems, document control, and filing management is preferred.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
