HR & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Looking for a role where every day is different? Join a growing, entrepreneurial organization where you’ll work closely with leadership and play a key role across office administration, payroll, HR and operations.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on position for someone who is proactive, organized and enjoys taking ownership.

What You’ll Do:

• Support senior leadership and day-to-day office operations
• Coordinate payroll for multiple entities and 1,000+ employees
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist with benefits/HR administration
• Support recruiting, job boards and new employee onboarding
• Prepare operational reports and assist with compliance
• Coordinate technology/equipment needs
• Help support an upcoming office transition
• Jump in on special projects and other business needs

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of office administration experience
• College degree preferred
• Tech-savvy and highly organized
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Professional and comfortable handling confidential information
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Important Requirements:

• Must currently live within the Chicago area
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future
