Prospira Enterprises is hiring a smart, confident and dynamic HR & Operations Coordinator for its India Enterprise & Growth Forum (IEGF) initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and interview coordination

• Team management and daily performance reporting

• Employee communication and operational follow-ups

• Coordination of institutional and corporate outreach

• Direct reporting to management

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA preferred

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Excellent English and Hindi communication

• Strong Excel, computer and digital skills

• Professional personality, leadership and organisational skills

Work Arrangement: Initially temporary WFH with mandatory in-person meetings in Dehradun; subsequently office-based.
