HR & Operations Executive

We are looking for an HR & Operations Executive who will support daily people operations, hiring coordination, employee engagement, and office administration activities.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on HR experience in a growing IT services company and is comfortable handling both HR and office coordination responsibilities.

3. Attendance, Leave & WFH Tracking

4. Employee Coordination & Support

5. Office Operations & Administration

6. Employee Engagement Activities

7. HR Records & Compliance Support

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Comfortable interacting with employees daily
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
