Job summary

Our Ideal candidate is responsible for managing HR activities and providing operational oversight to support effective workforce management and project delivery. The role works closely with the Project Manager, who remains responsible for project execution and technical delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave, performance, and employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce practices.
• Provide oversight of day-to-day business operations and ensure agreed processes are followed.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor operational requirements across projects.

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure projects have the required manpower, resources, and administrative support.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, conduct, and adherence to company standards.
• Address employee and operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.
• Support workforce planning, payroll inputs, reporting, training, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR and operational documentation and reports.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and effective communication across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years’ experience in HR, operations, administration, or a related role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or another project-based environment is an advantage.
• Strong HR, employee relations, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
