HR & PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR — U.S

We are looking for an HR Payroll Administrator with hands-on experience in U.S. payroll and HR processes, specifically in California. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Paylocity, understand California employment regulations, and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly U.S. payroll, including wages, deductions, overtime, and leave.
• Manage employee benefits, onboarding, terminations, and HR records.
• Resolve payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with California labor laws.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll and HR administration.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. payroll, preferably California.
• Experience using Paylocity is highly preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, employee benefits, and HR processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.

We are looking for someone who understands U.S. payroll, knows California HR practices, and can confidently manage payroll operations using Paylocity.
