HR & Payroll Executive

We are in manufacturing industry and seek for suitable candidates to us!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain HR relevant policies and guidelines, employee handbook and process documentation.
• Provide guidance, counsel and support to teams in the organization structure and manpower planning.
• Oversee the pre-screening, interview, assessment and hiring of potential candidates.
• Ensure payroll compliance, timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll and statutory payment.
• Handling monthly payroll related matters (eg. Driver Trip Allowance, Welding Incentive  calculation, submit EPF, Income Tax, Sosco, HRD etc.)
• Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.
• ISO 90001, OSHA 45001 knowledge is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Good communication skills (written & oral) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with EPE (Easy Pay) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Possess strong knowledge of the labour law and other statutory requirements.
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
• Willing to work at Gelang Patah Johor Bahru
