HR & Payroll Executive

We run three businesses: a restaurant (The Farm Kitchen), an LPG distribution agency (Namdeep Mala) and a fuel station (Baddi Service Station). We need one reliable HR & Payroll Executive to handle onboarding, rosters, attendance, leaves, overtime and salaries for all three.

Responsibilities

• Collect joining documents, prepare appointment papers and onboard new staff
• Prepare and update weekly staff rosters for Baddi Service Station and The Farm Kitchen
• Check daily attendance for Namdeep Mala and the other businesses, and follow up on missing punches
• Record leaves, weekly offs and holidays for all employees
• Calculate overtime from attendance and shift records
• Prepare monthly salary sheets (attendance, leave, overtime, advances, deductions) and share payslips
• Maintain employee files and records
• Handle resignation formalities and final settlements

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, admin or payroll
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills (attendance, overtime and salary formulas)
• Accurate with numbers and monthly deadlines
• Hindi (fluent) and basic English
• Able to coordinate across three workplaces with different shift patterns

Good to have

• Experience with HRMS

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
