HR and Payroll Staff (Reliever)

Brief Job Description

The HR and Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll records, employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
• Coordinate with Finance and department heads to ensure accurate payroll computation.
• Assist in HR administration, employee records management, and government-mandated reports.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll information.
• Support other HR initiatives and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll computation, statutory contributions, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with numbers, formulas, and payroll data.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience using HRIS or payroll software.
• Background in manufacturing or FMCG companies.
