HR & QA Intern

What you will do

Human Resources (HR)

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
• Support employee engagement and wellness programs.
• Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
• Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Assist in maintaining quality management system (QMS) documentation.
• Support internal audits and quality inspections.
• Monitor and update quality records, reports, and corrective action logs.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of quality reports.
• Support in customer/raw material claim handling, root cause analysis and improvement action.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in process reviews and quality improvement projects.

Who you are

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Available for a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
