HR & Recruitment Executive

About the role

Benoit & Partners is an international law firm based in Bangkok, providing legal, corporate, tax, accounting and business services to Thai and international clients. We are looking for a motivated and well-organized HR & Recruitment Executive to manage recruitment activities and support the day-to-day human resources administration of the firm. The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and department managers and will play an important role in recruiting, onboarding and supporting our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for lawyers, paralegals, accountants, administrative staff, interns and other positions within the firm
• Prepare and publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media and other appropriate channels
• Actively source and identify suitable candidates
• Review CVs and applications and conduct initial candidate screening
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates' experience, communication skills, English proficiency and suitability for the position
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and the relevant Directors or department managers
• Conduct reference checks when required and prepare employment offers
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment activities
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment or administration is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Native or fluent Thai
• Previous experience in recruitment is strongly preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
• Able to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously
