HR & Recruitment Executive

Duration: 3 months

Location: City Hall

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of casual staff hiring, including liaising with hiring divisions and manpower agencies.
• Track hiring requests, contract renewals, and contract expiry dates.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and casual staff.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, assessments, and documentation.
• Verify monthly billing reports and maintain accurate HR records.
• Assist in award-related initiatives, including drafting communications, coordinating submissions, and providing logistical support for meetings and events.
• Provide administrative support and undertake other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, HR administration, or workforce management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
