📍 Location: Jaffna, Sri Lanka

🕒 Duration: 6 Months | Paid Internship

💰 Stipend:

• Day Shift: LKR 20,000/month
• Night Shift: LKR 25,000/month
• 🏠 Free Accommodation: Available for selected candidates from outside Jaffna District
• 🚀 Full-Time Opportunity: Successful interns may be considered for a full-time position based on performance and business requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR & Recruitment Intern to support our HR team with recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and campus networks.
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and HR records.
• Support campus hiring and recruitment drives.
• Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Prepare recruitment reports and HR dashboards.
• Assist with HR process improvements and SOP development.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace .
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Previous HR/recruitment internship or experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing, ATS/HRIS, or campus recruitment.
