Role: -

Be part of our HR & Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and corporate hiring projects.

Responsibilities: -

• Source candidates through LinkedIn & job portals.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up and engage with candidates throughout the process.

• Maintain recruitment trackers using Excel & Google Sheets.

• Post job openings and build candidate pipelines.

• Assist HR team with onboarding and employee engagement activities.

• Support HR documentation and compliance tasks.

Eligibility: -

• Students & freshers from any discipline (HR, Management, Commerce).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
