Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with the hiring team.
• Maintain recruitment trackers using Google Sheets/MS Excel.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms.
• Assist with onboarding and HR operations.

Eligibility

• Open to students and fresh graduates from any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
