Job Summary

The HR & Retail Training Executive will be responsible for supporting HR operations and executing retail training programs across stores. The role focuses on improving frontline team capability, driving performance, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy

Retail Training & Development

• Conduct training sessions for store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Zonal Teams to identify training needs
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness
• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure consistency in training delivery across stores

Key Responsibilities (Ownership Areas)

• Improve store staff performance through effective training
• Ensure smooth execution of HR processes
• Maintain standardization of training across locations
• Contribute to building a performance-driven retail culture

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (HR or related field preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in HR, L&D, or Retail Training
• Industry Preference: Fashion / Textile / Retail

Working Conditions

• Travel required across assigned city stores
• Weekly off: Sunday
