What they need
- Develop, implement, and evaluate employee training and development programs based on organizational and business needs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify competency and skill gaps across departments.
- Support the implementation of HRD programs, employee engagement initiatives, and competency assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Training & Development / HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in TNA, training planning, training evaluation, competency development, and training administration.
- Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
