HR & Training Internship

Location: Sungai Petani, Kedah

Internship Allowance: Diploma RM900 – Degree RM1200

What You'll Learn

• Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and onboarding.

• Support employee training coordination and maintain training records.

• Prepare HR letters, reports and documentation.

• Assist in employee engagement and HR events.

• Support daily HR administrative tasks and other assigned projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Internship placement required by your university/college.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Responsible, organized, willing to learn and able to work independently.
