HR - Apprentice

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding documentation and employee joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.

HR Operations

• Update and maintain employee databases, attendance, and personnel files.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and celebration events.
• Support communication of HR policies and programs.

Training & Development

• Coordinate training programs, nominations, attendance records, and feedback collection.
• Maintain training records and prepare training reports.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of employee documents.
• Support statutory compliance documentation and audits.
• Assist in preparing letters, certificates, and HR-related correspondence.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws will be an advantage.
