HR Officer – Clinic

We’re looking for a proactive and organized HR Officer to join a clinic in Bahrain.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing day-to-day HR activities, communicating with staff, and keeping employee records and HR processes organized.

What you’ll do

• Recruitment: Assist with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for staff regarding HR-related questions, requests, and concerns.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance records, leave records, and other HR documentation.
• Payroll Support: Coordinate attendance and employee information required for monthly payroll.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure HR documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with Bahrain labour requirements.
• Staff Coordination: Follow up with employees and management on HR matters and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Clinic Operations: Support the management team with general HR and administrative tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in HR or administration, preferably within a clinic, healthcare, or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Bahraini candidates are ideally preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
