HR Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates

• Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and assist in final interview scheduling

• Prepare onboarding requirements and assist in employee orientation and deployment

• Monitor manpower status including deployment, attendance updates, and candidate progress

• Maintain and update applicant trackers, recruitment databases, and manpower reports

• Manage and organize 201 files (both physical and digital)

• Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and internal programs

• Support performance management processes such as evaluations and documentation

• Assist in training coordination, scheduling, and tracking of employee development activities

• Participate in job fairs, PESO coordination, and other recruitment initiatives

• Provide support in other HR facets such as documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks

• Perform regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
• With 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in high-volume or bulk hiring is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
• With basic knowledge of other HR facets (generalist exposure is an advantage)
• Experience or exposure in PESO coordination, job fairs, or mass hiring activities is an advantage
• Willing to be exposed and rotate to other HR functions
• Possesses good interpersonal skills, strong initiative, and a positive work attitude
