HR Assistant (5 days work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide all round HR functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, and Staff Relations amongst other key HR duties as required;
• Responsible for updating, review and execute HR and Admin policies and procedures as well as employee handbooks to make sure in compliance to the Hong Kong regulations;
• Maintain staff record and HR filing system;
• Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operation in a cost-effective manner;
• Liaise with different department and staff-related issues
• Take up ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• With 1 yr working experience or related disciplines;
• Good command of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation is preferred;
• Mature, well-organized and able to work independently;
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in beauty industry is preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
