Job Description – HR Assistant

Department: Human Resources

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in day-to-day HR activities and HR operations.

* Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.

* Maintain employee records, HR documents and HRMS data.

* Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

* Support attendance, leave, payroll data and HR reports.

* Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related requirements.

* Assist in employee engagement activities, training and internal HR communications.

* Maintain recruitment trackers and other HR MIS.

* Support HR compliance and documentation activities.

* Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment.

* Good MS Office/Excel skills.

* Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
