About the role
HR Assistant role supporting human resources operations within the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Check and update employee attendance and overtime record
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave records
- Manage full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and other HR-related documents
- Assist in employee benefits and statutory matters
- Manage the training development of staff and source for relevant training materials
- Support daily administrative tasks and data entry
- Support for Foreign Workers renewal working permit matters and employee welfare
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager
About you
- Minimum SPM level or equivalents
- One to two years of work experience in HR field
- Strong organisation and time management
- Ability to keep sensitive information private
- Able to multitask and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and office software
