HR Assistant

• Process and monitor employee timekeeping and attendance records through the HRIS.
• Assist in managing employee life insurance and other benefits.
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data.
• Assist with other HR administrative and employee-related tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field;
• Preferably with at least six (6) months of relevant HR experience;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Strong and confident personality;
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
