HR ASSISTANT

About the role

The HR Assistant will provide day-to-day support in recruitment, employee records, attendance, HR documentation, employee concerns, and other HR-related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
• Monitor attendance, DTRs, leave applications, and employee records
• Prepare HR memos, notices, letters, forms, and other HR documents
• Assist in preparing disciplinary and employee-related documentation
• Coordinate employee concerns and HR-related requests
• Assist in payroll and other HR administrative requirements
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
• Assist in company activities and employee engagement programs
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and documents

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related HR role
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR documentation
• Able to draft and prepare HR memos, notices, letters, and other official documents
• Familiarity with Philippine labor standards and HR practices is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills
