H.R Assistant

About the role

Are you an experienced HR Assistant looking for an exciting new challenge? Asialink Cargo & Packing Agency Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
2. Maintaining employee records and HR database
3. Processing payroll and benefits administration
4. Coordinating training and development programs
5. Providing administrative support to the HR team
6. Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations

What we're looking for

1. 1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
4. Proficient in MS Office suite and HR software applications
5. Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask
6. A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
7. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
