HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees and assist in processing pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain and update employee 201 files, records, and HR databases.
• Assist in monitoring attendance, schedules, leaves, and other employee records.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, announcements, and other administrative requirements.
• Assist in coordinating employee activities, training, and company programs.
• Address basic employee inquiries and coordinate concerns with the HR team.
• Support manpower coordination for catering events and operational requirements when needed.
• Ensure HR records and documents are properly organized and kept confidential.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or OJT experience in HR is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and administrative tasks.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Team player who can adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules when needed for catering operations.
