HR Assistant

MNF Pro Global SB is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations. This role will work closely with our HR partner/consultancy to coordinate recruitment, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR administrative matters. It's a great opportunity for a fresh graduate who wants to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a fast-paced, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and our external HR consultancy/partner office for recruitment and HR-related matters
• Assist in coordinating recruitment processes: scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and following up on documentation
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and outgoing employees
• Assist with preparation of HR letters, memos, and other administrative documents
• Help monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication on HR matters
• Provide general administrative support to the HR function as needed

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with external parties
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to learn and grow in the HR field
