HR Assistant

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Prepare onboarding documents and support new employee orientation.
• Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
• Prepare HR-related letters, forms, reports, and other documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
• Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant employee information.
• Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and procedures.
• Support employee engagement, training, and company events.
• Assist with performance review documentation and tracking.
• Ensure employee information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies.
• Support offboarding procedures, including resignation documentation and exit processes.
• Perform general administrative duties for the HR department as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
