Ridgeway Marketing & Consulting Inc. is a growing marketing and consulting company based in Mississauga, serving businesses across the GTA. We are looking for a professional, organized, and dependable HR Assistant to support our growing team and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, job postings, application screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with timesheets, attendance, scheduling, and HR administration
• Communicate professionally with employees, candidates, and management
• Prepare and organize HR forms, documents, and correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Assist with workplace policies, procedures, and HR projects
• Manage documents and information using Google Workspace
• Provide general administrative and business support as required

Qualifications

• Previous HR, recruitment, or administrative experience is an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and Meet
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

We are also open to candidates who may not have extensive HR experience but demonstrate strong potential, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
