What they need
The position is responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for open roles and conducting thorough assessments of their skills, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of extensive experience in volume hiring or end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experienced in recruiting Engineering, Finance, and other corporate positions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Work Location: Ugong, Pasig City (100% onsite)
