Job Responsibilities Support in maintaining up-to-date employment records related to all human resources processes.

Support in ensuring the correct hiring and dismissal process, complying with legal and labor regulations.

Preparation of vacation and contract calculations.

Registration of new employees in the attendance system.

Support in disseminating human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

Preparation of information for external users and corresponding payments (SUNAT, AFP, MTPE, ESSALUD, and PDT PLAME).

Support in the development, design, monitoring, and administration of the automation of all HR processes.

Continuous monitoring of staff contract expiration dates.

Job Requirement and Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources

2 years of experience in a similar role
