HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage employee salaries, wages, and incentives
• Compute and process payroll (or coordinate with accounting/payroll staff)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws (minimum wage, overtime, holiday pay, etc.)
• Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Handle employee benefits such as:
• Leave credits (SIL)
• 13th month pay
• Maintain and update compensation and benefits records
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding pay and benefits
• Review and recommend salary adjustments and promotions
• Ensure fairness and consistency in compensation policies

Qualifications:

• Must be a degree holder of Bachelor of Science Major in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or any other related courses
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
