HR Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will act as a supporting full-spectrum HR operations with a focus on talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management in our fast-paced retail business.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or early-career HR professionals who want to develop a solid foundation in retail HR.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Spectrum HR Support & Operations:

Provide daily operational support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and staff engagement.

End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management:

Coordinate the complete employee journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience during onboarding, contract renewal, transfer, and off-boarding.

Handle logistics for new joiner orientation and prepare employment-related documents.

Data Administration & Reporting:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HR database.

Assist in preparing regular HR reports, headcount analytics, and tracking sheets for management review.

HR Projects & Ad-hoc Duties:

Assist in organizing company events and staff engagement activities.

Requirements

Education: Associate Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Experience:

1–2 years of HR working experience is highly preferred.

Fresh Graduates with a passion for retail HR are warmly welcomed.

Prior internship or working experience in frontline mass recruitment/talent acquisition within Retail, F&B, or Hospitality is a significant advantage.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislation in Hong Kong.

Languages: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).

Soft Skills:

Detail-minded, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.

Availability: Immediately available or short-notice candidates are highly preferred.
