- Communicate effectively with candidates to understand their qualifications and match them to job requirements
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare candidate agreements and employment documentation
- Maintain and update the candidate database accurately
About you
- Minimum degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- HR recruitment experience is an advantage
