HR Assistant

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 1 yrs experience in a similar capacity & fresh graduated encouraged to apply
• Working experience in services would be an added advantage
• Must have own transportation
• Able to perform duties independently and multitasking
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills

Job Description

• Involve in recruitment such as advertising, screening, perform reference check, interview, and shortlisted 
• Monitoring daily staff attendance 
• Deal with employee request regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance.
• Handling the Payroll function 
• Record and monitoring staff leave
• Compile and update employee records 
• Assist in employee engagement activities, company events and functions.
• Any other task assigned by Superior from time to time
