HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of the organization.
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing/screening resumes, and conduct initial and follow-up interviews.
• Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
• Process and validate the timekeeping and keep attendance records.
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
• Performs related job duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any related field
• At least 6 months to 1 year of work experience as an HR Assistant
• Full understanding of HR Functions and best practices
• Exposure to timekeeping practices
• Good communication skills.
• Can start as soon as possible

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
