Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment activities, documentation, and attendance management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain employee records.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents, offer letters, appointment letters, and experience/relieving letters.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee information accurately.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and documentation.
• Assist in payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in HR/HR Operations; freshers with relevant knowledge can apply.
• Basic understanding of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and HR operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with employees and management.
