Hr Assistant

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations professional to manage key HR functions, employee engagement initiatives, HR operations, recruitment, employee records, and labour law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.

* Drive Talent Management and employee engagement initiatives.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records and documentation.

* Handle recruitment and hiring activities, including coordination with candidates and recruitment agencies.

* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

* Support employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, exits, and other HR processes.

* Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related queries and requirements.

* Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and relevant documentation.

* Support implementation and adherence to company HR policies and processes.

Candidate Profile

* 25 years of relevant experience in HR & Operations.

* MBA/PGDM in HR / HR & Marketing preferred.

* Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Personnel Records, Talent Management, and Labour Law Compliance.

* Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.

* Should be comfortable working independently and managing multiple HR activities.

* Prior experience in an IT company will be an added advantage.

* Current location must be Bareilly.

* Candidates who can join within 45 days are preferred.
