About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in delivering a positive employee experience and ensuring efficient HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining accurate records and supporting various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations and HR program implementation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as memos, notices and incident reports.
• Support compliance with government-mandated requirements, including SSS, BIR, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG.
• Assist with employee concerns and HR administrative requirements.
• Ensure all personnel files and HR records are organized, complete and confidential.
• Support HR initiatives, projects and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or a related 4-year course.
• Previous experience in general HR functions is preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Tactful and professional when handling sensitive employee matters.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
