HR Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations of the hotel.

Description:
The HR Assistant provides general support in the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources Department. The role assists in various HR functions, coordinates with employees and departments, maintains necessary documentation, and supports the implementation of company policies and HR programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general support for daily HR operations
• Assist with various employee and HR-related concerns
• Coordinate with employees and different departments as needed
• Maintain and organize HR records and documents
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR activities
• Assist in company programs, events, and initiatives
• Prepare reports, documents, and other HR requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR team or management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous HR experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
• Willing to work in a hotel/hospitality environment
